10 things worth thinking about by T2T

Yet another 10 things worth thinking about…

(1) Every time you get angry you poison your own system. As Albert Einstein says: Anger dwells only in the bosom of fools.
(2) Accept no one’s definition of your life, define yourself and never be bullied into silence.
(3) To forgive your enemy is a gift you give to yourself. Drop the baggage, let go and move forward.
(4) Beware of intellectual knowledge. All great wisdom begins when we realize we don’t know as much as we think we do.
(5) We live in two worlds simultaneously. Most people I meet believe we live in one world and because of this misunderstanding they never learn how to cultivate their ‘inner world’ to create their ‘outer world’.
(6) You really need to focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want. And keep that focus steady.
(7) Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can’t, either way you are right – Henry Ford.
(8) You should start every single day with an attitude of gratitude.
(9) Most people do not breath properly. Deep breaths relax the mind and body so be aware of this and do it every day. Put a magnet with the word ‘BREATHE’ up on your fridge door and take deep breaths whenever you see it.
(10) Expect problems and eat them for breakfast – Alfred A. Montapert
